Common questions
My steps don't count as training.
Make sure WatchTamer is allowed to use Motion & Fitness in your watch's Privacy & Security settings, and that Walk training is on in the app's Settings (swipe left on the game screen).
I'm not getting reminders.
Check that notifications are allowed for WatchTamer in your watch's notification settings, and that each type of reminder is switched on in the app's Settings.
A friend's battle code says ALREADY BATTLED.
Each code works only once. After a battle, both of you get new codes, so swap the new ones for a rematch.
What happens if I don't open the app for a while?
Short breaks are safe: your dinosaur waits for you. But if you don't open WatchTamer for 2 weeks in a row, your dinosaur dies of loneliness, and you get a new egg.
